KAHS STAGE 2 - PhD Comprehensive Examination - Student submission

The Dissertation Grant Examination Form must be completed and submitted by the student to the Graduate Program Office no less than 15 working days prior to the examination date. The Graduate Program Office will process the submission as well as reserve the examination room along with audio/visual equipment, if required. A confirmation email will be sent to the student and examination committee members.
