KAHS ROE submission by Supervisor

The launch of the FGS Graduate Oral Exam Portal that came into effect on October 9, 2024. This portal has replaced the Recommendation for Oral Examination (ROE) form.

FGS now require an additional 5 working days to process requests since the new Portal has replaced the Supervisory Committee and Graduate Program Director signatures with individual email confirmations.

To support this change, the Graduate Program is required to input and submit all exam details via the Portal. To do this, we now require each Supervisor to provide the exam details via this ROE submission by Supervisor form.

NOTE Supervisor Submission Deadlines:

MA/MSc: at least 25 working days prior to the exam date.

PhD: at least 30 working days prior to the exam date.
